They are seeking a Senior Accountant who will be responsible for financial statement preparation, account analysis, and maintaining accurate financial records while contributing to the company's success.

Responsibilities

Lead cash flow month end closing reporting

Inventory control including work orders

Monitor purchasing daily reporting to management such as sales/purchases

Evaluate and create intercompany invoices

Generate internal financial reports

Perform necessary journal entries and adjustments

Help prepare yearly budgets

Review account balances and perform accounts reconciliation

Evaluate A/R and A/P and manage collections and expenses

Maintain accurate and timely financial records including posting of invoices and accruals

Prepare sales and purchases analysis required for business and insurance renewal

Provide audit support including creating and reviewing audit documentation

Perform sales and use tax filing in a timely manner

Provide quarterly and yearly sales schedules as well as other schedules required by the tax department

Maintain accurate Fixed Asset records

Provide support in electronic filing of yearly Manufacturing, R&D, and business required surveys

Review inventory records and evaluate necessary adjustment needed

Lead manufacturing and cost accounting

Perform monthly bank reconciliation
