Customer Support Specialist
Acadental is a manufacturer and distributor of quality education products to universities. They are seeking a conscientious and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to provide top-notch service to valued customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Responsibilities
Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests
Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies
Assist with order processing, returns, exchanges and shipping
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
Maintain customer records and update databases as needed
Willingness to perform and/or learn both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric attitude
Intermediate level MS Excel required
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
Knowledge of accounting principles is a plus
Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
