Responsibilities
Provide sales motivation by leading teams that tour customers and assist sales personnel with affordable approaches to buying
Counsel, advise, support, and motivate Sales Representatives to help them meet their sales objectives
Keep informed of current financial sales data and inventory for maximum sales efficiency
Secure and approve pricing for sales transactions and handle customer inquiries or complaints in a constructive manner
Partner closely with marketing and resort operations to create seamless experiences that drive conversions
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in the timeshare industry with a proven track record of surpassing sales goals
Active Real Estate License (may be required depending on location.)
Strong relationship-building, persuasive communication, and the ability to lead a diverse workgroup to win-win solutions
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours if needed
Preferred
Ability to communicate in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus
