Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth for the Young Specialties product portfolio in their assigned territory
Meet or exceed all monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline
Qualify leads through effective communication, understanding customer needs, and assessing fit for the company’s products and services
Provide voice of customer and market feedback to product management and marketing
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date information for follow-up actions
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals, customizing materials to meet the needs of potential clients
Participate in sales training and continuous learning opportunities to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Identify and report on market insights and competitor activities to aid in strategy development
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
At least 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar role
Familiarity with CRM applications and lead generation tools, preferably Hubspot
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence potential clients
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to overall sales goals
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections
The ability to use a telephone and personal computer, while seated for the majority of an 8-hour shift, is required
