Responsibilities
The Administrative Care Tech contributes to high quality, patient-centered care by performing a variety of clerical and patient-related services to support departmental operations
The Administrative Care Tech functions as receptionist for the unit and assists the patient care team with patient centered secretarial tasks while maintaining a clean, well-organized, and safe patient environment
As a member of the patient care team, the Administrative Care Tech also assists the nursing staff in providing basic patient care, in accordance to the individual’s training, hospital policies, and state regulations for delegated nursing tasks by unlicensed personnel
Qualification
Required
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
(CNA) Certified Nursing Assistant
High School Graduate / GED
