Responsibilities
Monitor marketplace health and performance, identifying and resolving issues to maintain operational integrity
Own daily reconciliation and exception handling across payment flows
Key liaison between stakeholders (including banks and payment processing teams) and Buyers (and their internal teams such as Payments, Accounts Payable, Procurement, and ERP teams)
Manage Supplier data issue cases, working with enterprise IT and ERP resources to resolve issues in a timely manner
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Capital Markets to improve tools, workflows, and automation
Use data to uncover trends, troubleshooting problems, and propose solutions that enhance user experience and efficiency
Support new market launches and Partner onboarding efforts
Contribute to internal documentation, process improvement initiatives, and strategic projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
Proven track record in Trade Finance, incl. operations, payments, financial services, or a tech-driven business
Analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to improve how things work
Preferred
Experience with SQL
Experience with payment platforms, reconciliation tools, or financial operations
Background in SaaS, fintech, or B2B platforms
Exposure to process improvement, automation, or systems integration
