BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER

Intellihot Inc. is seeking a Business Development Project Manager to support the National Account Manager by managing operational and project coordination for strategic accounts and new business opportunities. This role involves collaborating with various internal departments and external partners to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Support the National Account Manager in planning, organizing, and executing projects for key national account customers
Work directly with contractors and Intellihot’s internal support team to organize installations, start-ups, and service visits
Process and track part orders for national account sites, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Serve as a key point of contact for national account customers, providing updates, resolving issues, and supporting their needs from start to finish
Manage and maintain project pipeline accuracy within the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity, timely updates, and visibility across departments
Help refine processes, tools, and communication channels to continuously enhance how we serve our partners
Maintain consistent communication with National Account Manager, clients and stakeholders—providing regular updates, documentation, and status reports
Coordinate and deliver all project closeout materials to national account customers, including startup documentation, training materials, warranties, and maintenance guides

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
3–5 years of experience in project management, account coordination, or client services—preferably within manufacturing, HVAC, or building systems industries
Experience maintaining CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ensuring accuracy of project and pipeline data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with customers, technicians, and executives
Strong organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail
Process-oriented mindset with a focus on standardization and continuous improvement
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data reporting tools
Team-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
