Array Corporation is a leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company. They are seeking an Entry-Level HR Coordinator to facilitate onboarding, maintain compliance with employment regulations, and manage employee records.

Responsibilities
Facilitate a smooth and efficient onboarding experience, ensuring new hires complete all required documentation accurately and on time
Ensure timecard processing is completed accurately each week
Create a positive first impression and help set the tone for each associate’s overall employment experience
Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations
Manage candidate and employee records, including reviewing and adjudicating compliance documents
Qualification
Required
2 years of fast-paced customer service experience
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent data entry skills
Strong organizational abilities; able to manage multiple systems and records simultaneously
Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups
Proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to influence outcomes
Ability to build rapport and positive working relationships
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
High attention to detail
