Responsibilities
Able to properly respond, acknowledge, investigate, and dispatch critical alarms
Monitor the facility infrastructure platform
Perform change management tasks
Create and issue tickets
Follow verbal and written directions
Have an intermediate level of understanding of critical infrastructure
Proficient computer and communication skills
Required shift-work, overtime, and/or rotating schedules to support a 24X7 environment (Rotating shift work equates to weekends, nights, holidays and overtime shifts)
Qualification
Required
Experience in relevant work
3+ years of technical support experience, or Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
Experience documenting technical customer issues and 1+ years of customer facing IT role or physical security systems/infrastructure work experience
Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with polygraph
Able to properly respond, acknowledge, investigate, and dispatch critical alarms
Monitor the facility infrastructure platform
Perform change management tasks
Create and issue tickets
Follow verbal and written directions
Have an intermediate level of understanding of critical infrastructure
Proficient computer and communication skills

Preferred
Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
3+ years of customer service experience
3+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
