Responsibilities
Driving complex operational initiatives including M&A integrations, enterprise-scale system migrations, and organizational restructuring efforts
Building and deploying automations to replace CRM platforms and task management systems, leveraging Python and LLM APIs
Implementing AI-enabled workflows through Cursor, Windsurf, and MCP to remove manual processes and accelerate execution
Owning initiatives end-to-end—from problem assessment through delivery—guided by established playbooks and senior-level decision-making
Successfully completing a technical challenge that validates your capacity to architect and deliver AI-centric solutions
Architect and implement AI-first operational frameworks that remove manual overhead, simplify complexity, and enable scalable execution throughout Trilogy's worldwide software portfolio
Qualification
Required
Located in North America (California excluded), South/Central America, or Western Europe (UTC -8 to UTC +2)
5+ years leading operational functions within enterprise software organizations
3+ years in customer-facing capacities (Support, Sales, Collections, etc.)
Proven capability to develop automation scripts in Python and integrate with LLM APIs
Hands-on experience deploying production-ready automations using Cursor, Windsurf, MCP, or comparable platforms
Track record of executing quickly, thinking autonomously, and delivering mission-critical outcomes without oversight
Preferred
Background in leading large-scale organizational changes including M&A integrations or workforce reductions
Track record of architecting and launching AI-powered operational platforms
Collection of automations you have personally developed and deployed in production environments
