Responsibilities
Conducting personalized, high-conversion family tours that communicate Alpha's three core commitments and build confidence in our educational model
Executing and managing proactive outreach strategies with prospective families to advance them through the enrollment pipeline
Implementing stringent safety and safeguarding procedures to maintain a demonstrably secure environment for students and families
Managing comprehensive facilities operations, including preventative maintenance, vendor management, and repair coordination
Consistently reviewing data to optimize processes and enhance both operational performance and enrollment results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
1+ years experience in school admissions or enrollment
Experience working with children/students
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self-management
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Must be available to work in person in Palm Beach, FL; Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Roswell, GA or Raleigh, NC
