Appraisals written
Vehicles sold from service
Gross profit produced
Maintain strong CSI while driving production
Qualification
Required
Proven Sales Management Background
Prior Sales Management experience REQUIRED
Strong understanding of deal structure
Strong understanding of trade appraisals
Strong understanding of payments, equity, and lender programs
Ability to close deals personally
Process-driven, accountable, and disciplined
Comfortable with 100% performance-based compensation
