Array Corporation is a leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company. They are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to facilitate onboarding and ensure compliance with employment regulations.

Responsibilities
Facilitate a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for all associates, ensuring new hires complete required documentation correctly and on time
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of timecard processing on a weekly basis
Create a positive first impression for new associates, setting the tone for their employment experience
Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations, mitigating risks and avoiding potential fines
Maintain candidate and employee records, including reviewing and adjudicating all compliance documents
Qualification
Required
2 years of HR or onboarding experience is REQUIRED!
Minimum 1 year 'fast-paced' work experience within the last four years
Intermediate skills in all Microsoft Office Software – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent data entry skills
Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple systems and employee records simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, adept at effectively engaging with diverse audiences
Proactive approach with the ability to drive outcomes rather than waiting for situations to proceed
Ability to build rapport and establish positive and meaningful connections with employees
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
Meticulous attention to detail
