Responsibilities

Provide neurobehavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities

Partner with specialty clinicians to provide holistic, continuity of care for elderly individuals who are afflicted with neurocognitive disorders and other neurologic and/or psychiatric conditions

Qualification

Licensed LPCCLISWMaster’s degree in CounselingExperience in inpatient settingsElectronic Medical Record (EMR) navigationInterdisciplinary teamworkAutonomous functioningPassion for geriatricsBrief bedside assessment experienceMotivated by productivityTime management skills

Required

Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team

Good time management skills

Able to function autonomously with regional Area Manager support

Master's degree in Counseling or in Social Work

Currently licensed as an LPCC or LISW in the state in which you are applying

Preferred

Passion for geriatrics

Experience in inpatient settings such as extended care facilities

Experience with brief bedside assessment screens (cognitive, mood, etc.)

Motivated by productivity-based positions

Ability to navigate and document on an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
