Responsibilities

Lead and manage a group of up to 15 distributed software developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive high performance

Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android platforms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and IT, to define software requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs

Manage software development projects, including planning, resource allocation, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery

Implement clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and best practices to ensure efficiency and quality and collaborate with designers, product managers, developers & testers

Integrate REST APIs and third‑party libraries and optimize applications for performance, stability, cyber security, resiliency, and responsiveness

Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards and contribute to architectural and design decisions

Optimize team’s use of CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment and ensure team remediates all Vulnerabilities on time, own & close findings from SDLC Audits etc
