Desktop Tech Support / IT Support
Medasource is seeking a Desktop Tech Support / IT Support professional. This role involves imaging new or existing equipment, installing applications, and troubleshooting issues that arise in a Help Desk environment.

Imaging new or existing equipment
Installing applications
Deploying desktops, notebooks, printers, keyboards, mice, scanners, etc
Troubleshoot issues as called into our Help Desk (if the Help Desk can’t resolve on the initial call)
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience with hardware setup, installation, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with imaging tools and software deployment
Strong technical troubleshooting skills for hardware and peripheral devices
Proficiency with common IT operating systems (Windows, macOS, etc.)
Preferred
Previous experience in an IT support or Help Desk environment
Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
