Responsibilities

Assist in tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) for field service activities
Support daily operational tasks, including scheduling, work order management, and documentation
Join internal and external meetings to understand service delivery processes and customer expectations
Help maintain accurate resource allocation data for technicians and equipment
Assist in onboarding processes and training coordination for field service personnel
Contribute to forecasting and capacity planning activities
Support data analysis for resource utilization and operational efficiency improvements
Support in the preparation of operational reports and dashboards for management review
Participate in identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery
Assist in implementing digital tools and dashboards for better visibility and reporting

Required

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. Ideal candidates are in their sophomore or junior year (2nd or 3rd year)
Active participation in extracurricular activities or relevant projects
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability and willingness to travel for up to 15% of the time
Candidates for regular U.S and Puerto Rico positions must be a U.S. citizen, national, or an alien admitted as permanent resident, refugee, asylee with valid work permit or temporary resident under 8 U.S.C. 1160(a) or 1255a(1)

Preferred

Interest in renewable energy or completion of coursework in energy-related fields
Familiarity with ERP or scheduling tools
