Responsibilities
Provide first-level support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and assist with general inquiries
Monitor network and system performance and respond to alerts
Maintain accurate records of hardware, software, and network configurations
Assist with basic hardware installations, repairs, and upgrades
Assist in software installations, updates, and patches
Participate in training programs to enhance IT knowledge and skills
Manage and configure network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls
Administer and maintain server infrastructure, including hardware, virtualization, and operating systems
Assist in implementing security protocols, such as firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection
Manage data backup and recovery solutions
Collaborate on IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure expansion
Qualification
Required
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for staying up to date with the latest IT trends and technologies
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, etc.), depending on the role
