Knowledgeable about products offered, website, videos, blog details, etc
Proficient computer skills to access necessary programs and respond to customers in a timely manner
Must be 18 years of age or older
This is a remote position where you will need to supply your own internet and computer equipment
You must be able to commit to 3-4 uninterrupted, scheduled shifts for 5 hours in duration, per week
Preferred
Prior customer support experience preferred
