Responsibilities
Configure Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Talent, Absence, Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking) based on business requirements
Develop and update Workday Business Processes, calculated fields, condition rules, and security roles
Implement new features and optimize existing Workday functionality with each Workday release
Develop advanced, matrix, composite, and dashboard reports in Workday
Provide data insights and ensure data accuracy across systems
Support audits through reporting and documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop test plans, test scripts, and manage user acceptance testing (UAT)
Perform regression and functional testing for biannual Workday releases
Partner with People and business teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
Provide day-to-day Workday system support and troubleshoot issues
Offer guidance and training on Workday functionality to key users
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of hands-on Workday development experience
Strong understanding of Workday security, business processes, reporting and calculated fields
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred
Workday certifications (HCM, Benefits, Time Tracking, Reporting)
Experience in HR, payroll, benefits, or related domains
Experience working in an agile environment
