Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging internal communications that support employee engagement, culture, and alignment

Partner with departments and site stakeholders to ensure employees are informed, inspired, and connected to organizational priorities

Create compelling content across multiple channels, including internal platforms and local-level social media

Contribute to employer brand storytelling and employee recognition initiatives

Draft high-quality executive-level correspondence and messaging

Collaborate with Visual Communications to develop executive presentations

Design and execute internal communication plans that support organizational initiatives, leadership messages, and culture-building efforts

Support the Facilities Support Working Group as an active contributor

Work collaboratively with Aero Communications and partners across the Lockheed Martin enterprise

Participate in broader communication efforts, including trade shows, air shows, and AMMM product support messaging

Provide occasional support for community events and outreach efforts

Serve as a communications point of contact for one or more country teams supporting AMMM programs

Offer general communications support across all functions, maintaining an understanding of the business and community to ensure effective messaging
