Responsibilities

Define and implement the organization's data analytics strategy aligned with business goals
Identify and prioritize key analytics projects to optimize decision-making and performance
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts and data professionals
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment
Conduct advanced data analysis using BigQuery and other tools to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks
Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders across departments
Oversee the selection, implementation, with a focus on GA4, BigQuery, and Looker
Ensure data systems are scalable and optimized for business needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and product development, to address data needs
Present findings and insights in a clear and impactful manner to non-technical stakeholders
Establish and enforce data governance policies and practices
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
Proven experience (5+ years) in analytics, business intelligence, or a related domain
Expertise in Google BigQuery, GA4, and Looker dashboards (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis/programming languages
Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience with Google Tag Manager and A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely)
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels

Preferred

Prior experience in managing or leading teams is preferred
Google Analytics 4 Certification, Looker Certification, or Google Cloud Data Analytics Certification
