Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth and profitability across key accounts
Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and technical teams at target key accounts
Build clear project pipelines with key clients, balancing long-term and short-term opportunities
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with company priorities, ensuring sustainable growth
Develop proposals and negotiate contracts aligned with company objectives and client needs
Work with Inolex team to provide technical expertise on formulations, applications, and regulatory compliance; deliver customized solutions and troubleshoot challenges
Lead joint development projects and collaborative workstreams with key clients
Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions
Identify market trends and customer insights to guide product development and innovation
Represent Inolex at industry events, tradeshows, and technical seminars
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, budgets, and reporting
Support special projects and additional business needs as required

Required

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail
Advanced analytical thinking to interpret data, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and related business software
Excellent time management and customer prioritization skills in a fast-paced, growing environment
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and regulatory guidelines
Collaborative team mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently with minimal supervision
Keen ability to recognize critical details and act on insights
Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field
5 – 7 years of commercial experience with Key Accounts in the Northeast personal care industry
Deep knowledge of personal care ingredients, formulation, and market dynamics
Knowledge of the global beauty care industry, market drivers, supply chains, and key accounts
Ability to work remotely from home office and execute travel to customer and on-site company meetings
Ability to be in Philadelphia office once per week
This role will be subject to approximately 25% overnight travel

Preferred

Prior formulation experience or the ability to troubleshoot is a strong plus
Passion for joining an innovative, sustainable ingredient manufacturer
Active in relevant industry associations
