Serve as the primary liaison for billing attorneys and clients, managing the monthly proforma billing process from start to finish
Prepare and edit proformas, ensuring compliance with client billing guidelines
Submit invoices through electronic platforms and follow up on accounts receivable
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of billing experience, preferably in a law firm environment
Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
Experience with electronic invoice submission platforms; knowledge of Elite 3E is preferred
Familiarity with client billing guidelines and billing software
