Responsibilities

Partner with leaders across the organization to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions

Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, leadership development initiatives

Facilitate engaging learning sessions, trainings programs, etc

Perform advanced sourcing by utilizing various online platforms and databases including job boards, social media, Boolean searches, and industry specific websites

Foster and build relationships with professional organizations, colleges, and community agencies

Engage and foster relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience

Required

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Marketing, or similar field

A minimum of 3-4 years recruitment experience focused on candidate sourcing and generation

Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, techniques, and labor market trends

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
