Responsibilities

Receive, analyze, organize and prepare client forms and records, while adhering to policies and procedures
Analyze forms and prepares batches for imaging, differentiating by household, document code, client ID, and date
Analyze records management discoveries, developing and implementing plans for rectifying system deficiencies
Assist with reviewing and updating record retention schedules and coordinate retrieval of information in response to requests from staff and management
Image client documents, using the ILINX capture software along with Kodak Capture
Assists in the development of records retention policies and procedures

Required

Ten key experiences
Ability to type 40 words per minute
Ability to work with a computer on a daily basis
Accurate keyboard skills including proficiency in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work in a high-volume environment with frequent movement between tasks
Professionals with an associate's degree in business administration, accounting, industrial engineering, or a related field
A high school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience in forms and/or records management
Equivalent education/experience
