Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive trial support in civil litigation matters from inception through trial
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness coordination, and trial binders
Draft, organize, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
Manage deadlines, calendars, and court filings in state and federal courts
Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial logistics
Track time entries and assist with billing procedures in accordance with firm and client requirements
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as a Trial Paralegal in civil litigation (trial experience required)
Strong knowledge of Florida civil procedure and court filing requirements
Experience with billing procedures and time-entry systems
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently while supporting multiple attorneys in an active trial practice
