Responsibilities

Support research activities focused on computational photography, end-to-end camera system optimization, and low-level vision tasks
Participate in the development of proof of concept and prototype visual sensing systems
Interact with cross-functional engineering teams to demonstrate novel imaging systems and camera hardware

Qualification

Required

2+ years of coding experience with programming languages such as Python/Pytorch
Advanced experience with computer vision (CV) and modern deep learning research, including algorithm development and optimization
Demonstrated understanding and hands-on experience with computational imaging including but not limited to: image denoising, HDR imaging, super-resolution, deblurring, frame interpolation, etc
Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment

Preferred

Experience with lightweight machine learning on embedded systems, including model optimization and deployment
Experience with the full machine vision pipeline spanning cameras, ISPs, and high-level algorithms
Proven track record of achieving significant results in CV and ML research, as demonstrated by publications, grants, or fellowships
