Responsibilities

Demonstrates technical expertise and ability to provide guidance on wealth structuring matters, including:

Estate, gift and income tax planning

Transition event planning

Business succession planning

Charitable planning and related vehicles

Insurance planning

Focuses on enhancing CPBs overall practice by sharing best practices and technical information; aiding the development of marketing materials and writing technical pieces for internal and external distribution

Cultivates relationships with professional contacts, such as attorneys and CPAs, resulting in additional business opportunities

Required

JD degree required

A minimum of eight years of trust and estate industry experience required

Strong knowledge and proven technical proficiency in the legal, and tax issues relative to the trust and estate field

Self-starter with creative problem-solving skills

Competence in working through complex organizations to solve problems and deliver superior client service
