Responsibilities

Support other attorneys and Members of a respected and vibrant law firm in delivering outstanding legal services to the Firm's clients
Manage aspects of complex legal matters with appropriate supervision
Maintain and enhance current client relationships and generate new client relationships
Perform legal research, analysis, legal drafting and communication in a professional manner with judges, court staff, co-workers and clients
Demonstrate excellent work habits, including organization, time-management, and meeting goals as assigned
Utilize e-discovery skills
Expertise in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the use of PDF applications

Qualification

Required

2-4 years experience in healthcare litigation, including medical malpractice, long-term care laws, litigation and counseling
A desire to continue to expand your knowledge and understanding of medical malpractice, long-term care laws and other related fields
Manage aspects of complex legal matters with appropriate supervision
Skills in legal research, analysis, legal drafting and communication in a professional manner with judges, court staff, co-workers and clients
A demonstrated ability to maintain and enhance current client relationships and generate new client relationships
Excellent work habits, including organization, time-management, and meeting goals as assigned
E-discovery skills are a plus but an ability to learn this skill quickly is all that is required
Expertise in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the use of PDF applications
License to practice law in Kentucky
