New Grad, Entry LevelMedasource is hiring deployment technicians for a fast-paced IT project in a healthcare environment. The role involves imaging and deploying Windows devices across hospital departments and collaborating with the internal IT team to meet critical deadlines.

Image and deploy Windows devices
Roll out hardware across clinical and specialty departments
Team up with internal IT staff and vendors for specialty device coordination
Jump in on general IT support when needed
Adapt quickly to changing priorities while staying deadline-focused
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus
Proven experience with hardware setup, installation, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with imaging tools and software deployment
Must have your own vehicle, a valid driver's license, and be willing to transport equipment
Strong technical troubleshooting skills for hardware and peripheral devices
Proficiency with common IT operating systems (Windows, macOS, etc.)
Preferred
Previous experience in an IT support or Help Desk environment is preferred
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) is a plus
