They are seeking a Fire Protection Sales Project Manager to lead project-based fire protection sales, develop opportunities, manage client relationships, and support the full lifecycle of fire sprinkler and special hazard projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage sales opportunities for fire protection projects, including sprinkler and special hazard systems

Build and maintain relationships with owners, facility managers, general contractors, and design partners

Review drawings, specifications, and scope documents to support accurate proposals and pricing

Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to develop competitive solutions

Lead the sales process from opportunity identification through contract award and project handoff

Support change orders, scope clarifications, and ongoing client communication throughout the project lifecycle

Maintain working knowledge of fire protection codes, standards, and industry best practices

Represent the fire protection team in meetings, walkthroughs, and presentations
