They are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Integrated Audiovisual Production & Digital Media Technician to support the technical and operational execution of audiovisual productions across corporate offices, studios, and live events.

Responsibilities
Support setup and breakdown of studios, sets, stages, and on-location productions
Assemble and connect cameras, tripods, microphones, basic audio consoles, lighting setups, screens, and cabling
Prepare, test, and verify technical equipment before recordings, events, and broadcasts
Provide technical support during recordings, corporate events, and conferences
Operate cameras during recordings (basic framing, focus, and subject tracking)
Assist with live streaming setups and operational support
Assist in technical preparation of live streaming productions
Support the operation of basic switchers, cameras, audio systems, and signal connections
Monitor signal flow, cabling, and system stability during live broadcasts
Provide on-site support to ensure uninterrupted live streams
Download, back up, and upload all recorded media to servers or storage systems
Organize digital assets using standardized folder structures
Properly label and catalog files (date, project, camera, version)
Ensure editors have secure and timely access to all media
Maintain strict backup procedures to prevent data loss
Perform basic video editing tasks when needed (simple cuts, timeline organization, exports)
Prepare materials for internal review, delivery, or distribution
Provide operational support to post-production teams
Load, transport, and safely secure audiovisual equipment
Maintain equipment inventory control (check-in, check-out, condition tracking)
Report on technical issues, damage, or maintenance needs
Keep workspace clean, organized, and production ready
Qualification
Required
Basic knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
General understanding of audiovisual production workflows
Basic knowledge of cameras, audio, and lighting (or strong willingness to learn)
Basic computer skills and file management knowledge
Ability to lift and transport equipment and remain on foot during setups and events (required)
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Preferred
Experience operating DSLR, mirrorless, or video cameras
Knowledge of live streaming production workflows
Familiarity with video switchers, audio/video signal flow, and streaming platforms
Basic understanding of digital backup systems (servers, NAS, external drives)
