LTIMindtree is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their platform modernization initiative. This role involves rebuilding a real estate website using modern MERN stack architecture and implementing AI-first cloud-native solutions.

Responsibilities

Join our platform modernization initiative for brand website

Bring the real estate website inhouse and rebuild it on a modern MERN stack architecture

Work on both the frontend user experience and backend API services implementing AI-first cloud-native mobile-first solutions that serve millions of real estate consumers worldwide

Lead complex initiatives and design scalable full stack solutions

Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translate designs into high-quality code

Build production APIs using Node.js and Express.js

Build microservices and RESTful services with proper API design patterns

Design NoSQL database for high-traffic applications using MongoDB

Develop cloud-native applications using AWS services

Build CI/CD pipelines and implement DevOps best practices

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK or Terraform

Understand networking and security concepts including DNS, Load Balancers, Firewalls, Encryption

Work with containerization and orchestration using Docker, ECS, Fargate

Communicate effectively with technical and business teams

Learn new technologies and share knowledge with team members

Work in an Agile/Scrum environment

Optimize performance with lazy loading and code splitting techniques

Ensure web accessibility standards (WCAG) are met

Required

Full Stack Expertise

Self-starter with proven ability to lead complex initiatives and design scalable full stack solutions

Strong proficiency in React and modern frontend development hooks, context, state management

Expert-level TypeScript and JavaScript ES6 experience across the full stack

Deep understanding of responsive design, mobile-first development, and cross-browser compatibility

Experience ensuring technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translating designs into high-quality code

Backend API Development

Strong Node.js and Express.js experience building production APIs

Experience building microservices and RESTful services with proper API design patterns

Hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL database design for high-traffic applications

Experience developing cloud-native applications using AWS Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, SQS

Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message queuing (Kafka, SQS)

DevOps Infrastructure

Experience building CI/CD pipelines and implementing DevOps best practices

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience with AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK, or Terraform

Solid understanding of networking and security concepts including DNS, Load Balancers, Firewalls, Encryption

Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, ECS, Fargate)

Professional Skills

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to work across technical and business teams

Willingness to learn new technologies and share knowledge with team members

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Mandatory Skills: Express, MongoDB, Node.js, React

Preferred

Experience with headless CMS platforms Strapi, Contentful, Sanity, and Content Management Systems

Knowledge of Next.js or other server-side rendering frameworks

SEO optimization experience and understanding of Core Web Vitals

Experience with GraphQL APIs and modern data fetching patterns

Familiarity with AWS services Fargate, CloudWatch, S3, CloudFront CDN

Experience with monitoring and observability tools DataDog, New Relic, Splunk

Experience in large-scale real-time stream or event processing systems

Prior experience working with customer-facing websites in real estate, e-commerce, or other consumer platforms

Experience with performance optimization, lazy loading, and code splitting techniques

Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices
