Regional Sales Manager - NorthEast

They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast Territory, responsible for developing strategic sales plans, pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
Actively seek out and develop new accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends
Provide technical expertise and support to customers: on Case Packing and Palletizing systems
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contacts
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional
Monitor and report on sales performance, including forecasts and budgets
Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and network
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial sales
Strong understanding of case packing machines and robotic palletizing systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to develop new business and close sales
Ability to travel extensively within the Northeast territory
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
