Responsibilities

Perform detailed Excel analysis, reconciliations, and reporting to support accounting operations
Prepare and post journal entries with accuracy and compliance to accounting standards
Reconcile bank accounts, securities transactions, and general ledger accounts
Assist with close processes, variance analysis, and preparation of supporting schedules
Contribute to financial statement preparation and management reporting as needed

Qualification

Advanced ExcelReconciliation experienceAccounting principlesERP systemsAnalytical skillsOrganizedTechnology-savvyProblem-solving skillsCommunication skillsDetail-oriented

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2-5 years in accounting or bookkeeping
Reconciliation experience in securities trading or financial services
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
Understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and month-end close processes within financial services or corporate environments
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and technology-savvy
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred

Experience in ERP or accounting systems
Experience within financial services or trading
