Area Sales Director - Specialty/Acute Program
InfuCare Rx is a leading home infusion provider seeking an experienced Area Sales Director to lead regional sales growth for their Specialty and Acute Infusion Programs. The role involves developing strategic sales initiatives, mentoring a high-performing team, and building strong relationships with healthcare providers to expand market presence and enhance patient care solutions.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team within the assigned region to achieve growth and revenue goals
Collaborate with the National Sales Director to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, prescribers, and key decision-makers in the specialty infusion and acute therapy space
Oversee development of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for key accounts
Manage staffing, training, and performance evaluations to ensure team success and alignment with company objectives
Provide regular performance updates and market insights to senior leadership
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver patient-centered solutions
Represent InfuCare Rx at community events, healthcare exhibits, and educational programs
Strategically plan field visits to optimize travel and productivity
Monitor and evaluate sales objectives, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets
Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or acute care settings
Proven track record of success in sales management and business development
Strong understanding of specialty infusion, parenteral nutrition, and anti-infective therapies
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong strategic planning, forecasting, and financial acumen
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory
