Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with recruiting resources and community partners to expand candidate pipelines

Review and monitor employment applications for contact center employees

Represent the company professionally at offsite hiring events

Pre-screen applicants, schedule and conduct interviews

Administer pre-employment testing, reference checks, and background checks

Review and audit new hire paperwork to ensure accuracy and completion

Communicate job offers and conduct new hire orientation

Track and maintain recruiting reports, including interview-to-hire ratios and other metrics

Support other HR and recruiting functions as needed

Contribute as a collaborative team member in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
