Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to planograms, fixtures, items, stores, and labor

Assist in planning and tracking merchandising projects by preparing reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership

Identify and collaborate cross-functional partners per project specifications

Partner with the execution team to resolve issues during rollout and implementation phases

Support test-and-learn initiatives by validating data accuracy, measuring outcomes, and recommending adjustments for future deployments

Budget management to include invoice processing, accruals, and monthly tracking

Required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets

Background in finance or budget management

Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or related field required (work experience may substitute)

3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business analytics, preferably in retail or merchandising environments

Preferred
