LTIMindtree is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their platform modernization initiative for a brand website. This role involves rebuilding the real estate website on a modern MERN stack architecture, focusing on both frontend user experience and backend API services.

Responsibilities

Bringing the real estate website inhouse and rebuilding it on a modern MERN stack architecture

Working on both the frontend user experience and backend API services implementing AI-first cloud-native mobile-first solutions that serve millions of real estate consumers worldwide

Leading complex initiatives and designing scalable full stack solutions

Ensuring technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translating designs into high-quality code

Building production APIs using Node.js and Express.js

Building microservices and RESTful services with proper API design patterns

Designing NoSQL database for high-traffic applications using MongoDB

Developing cloud-native applications using AWS Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, SQS

Building CI/CD pipelines and implementing DevOps best practices

Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK, or Terraform

Understanding networking and security concepts including DNS, Load Balancers, Firewalls, Encryption

Using containerization and orchestration with Docker, ECS, Fargate

Communicating effectively across technical and business teams

Learning new technologies and sharing knowledge with team members

Working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Full Stack Expertise

Self-starter with proven ability to lead complex initiatives and design scalable full stack solutions

Strong proficiency in React and modern frontend development hooks context state management

Expert-level TypeScript and JavaScript ES6 experience across the full stack

Deep understanding of responsive design mobile-first development and cross-browser compatibility

Experience ensuring technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translating designs into high-quality code

Strong Node.js and Express.js experience building production APIs

Experience building microservices and RESTful services with proper API design patterns

Hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL database design for high-traffic applications

Experience developing cloud-native applications using AWS Lambda ECS API Gateway SQS

Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message queuing Kafka SQS

Experience building CI/CD pipelines and implementing DevOps best practices

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience with AWS CloudFormation AWS CDK or Terraform

Solid understanding of networking and security concepts including DNS Load Balancers Firewalls Encryption

Experience with containerization and orchestration Docker ECS Fargate

Strong communication skills written and verbal with ability to work across technical and business teams

Willingness to learn new technologies and share knowledge with team members

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Mandatory Skills: MongoDB, Node.js, React

Preferred

Experience with headless CMS platforms Strapi Contentful Sanity and Content Management Systems

Knowledge of Next.js or other server-side rendering frameworks

Experience in large-scale real-time stream or event processing systems

Prior experience working with customer-facing websites in real estate e-commerce or other consumer platforms
