Business Development Representative
Hire Score LLC is a national consulting firm specializing in waste and recycling management. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to engage prospects through multi-channel outreach and convert leads into opportunities that drive revenue and sustainability efforts.

Responsibilities
Execute multi-channel outbound outreach (calls, emails, social, etc.) to engage prospects
Qualify leads through thoughtful discovery — confirming challenges, timing, and fit
Schedule and confirm high-quality meetings for National Account Managers, providing clear hand-offs with notes and context
Keep the CRM clean, accurate, and up to date — because great data drives great sales
Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and share real-world insights to refine our Ideal Customer Profile and messaging
Qualification
Required
1–2 years' experience in outbound SDR/BDR or inside sales, ideally focused on SMB/mid‑market environments
Confidence with high‑volume outreach and quick, value-driven discovery conversations
Organized, consistent, and detail-oriented — you never lose track of a follow-up
Growth mindset: you test, learn, and measure your results to keep improving
Knowledge of sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc
Preferred
Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
Bonus if you have experience in waste or environmental services
