Managing daily vendor communications on pending orders and tracking issued POs with status updates
Manage vendor payments and ensure timely processing according to company policies
Collaborating with internal teams—including Sales Operations, SCP, GL, PM, and Warehouse—to plan available stock before release, minimizing backorders and ensuring order fulfillment for smooth supply operations
Participate in meetings, trainings, and team initiatives as needed
Complete ad hoc analysis as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Arts (B.A)
4 - 8 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field
