Responsibilities
Full ownership of Tai’s outbound lead generation strategy and results
Leadership, performance, and development of the BDR team
The strategies, messaging, and execution that turn outreach into meaningful sales conversations
A repeatable system for producing high-quality leads that fuel company growth
Development of BDRs into future sales reps through structured training and coaching
A steady recruiting pipeline to ensure Tai always has strong talent ready to step in
Design and execute strategies that consistently generate 20–30 high-quality leads per month for Sales
Translate high-level growth goals into clear outbound strategies that BDRs can execute daily
Lead BDRs across email, LinkedIn, phone, and text outreach with a focus on engagement quality and conversion
Continuously test, refine, and improve messaging, sequencing, and outreach approaches based on performance
Hold the team accountable to high standards while coaching them to improve execution
Partner with the CRO to build structured onboarding and training programs for new BDRs
Train BDRs on product knowledge, discovery, and sales fundamentals to prepare them for promotion into sales roles
Maintain an ongoing recruiting effort to ensure Tai always has access to top outbound and sales talent
