Responsibilities
Drive the full production process, from concept to final delivery on all video work
Shape the creative vision, develop concepts, write scripts, and build treatments and pitch decks
Lead production crews, manage timelines, direct on set, and lead post-production processes
Manage stakeholder expectations and track asset performance
Produce projects including webinars, organic and paid social media assets, client and user testimonials, marketing content, and product content
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S
2-3 years of experience producing video (agency experience preferred)
Skilled at storytelling and building narratives that drive impact
Organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
Confident managing production workflows
Ability to communicate clearly and build strong, collaborative relationships
Ability to travel 3-4 times a year
