Responsibilities
Lead and advise executive leaders on a strategic approach to employee relations, engagement, and retention. Conduct thorough assessments of employee relations programs, HR practices, and workplace culture. Lead focus groups, analyze feedback, and develop actionable recommendations to strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture
Proactively identify locations or departments with elevated employee relations, engagement, or retention risks by analyzing workforce trends, organizational practices, cultural or key performance indicators, and feedback gathered through established relationships with leadership. Recommend targeted actions to address concerns and strengthen overall workforce engagement and retention
Assist in the design, delivery, and facilitation of training programs for leaders at all levels, ensuring management is well-prepared to promote positive employee relations that improves engagement and retention, including employee relations best practices, policy and legal compliance, etc
Lead and execute projects that implement the employee relations strategy. Develop action plans, oversee implementation, and track progress to ensure measurable outcomes. Effectively perform both as an individual project owner as well as a program lead with responsibility for guiding multiple project owners within the Labor & Employee Relations portfolio
Effectively communicate with executive leadership at corporate and local levels, including presenting findings, recommendations, and strategic initiatives to support the labor and employee relations strategies within their areas of responsibility. As a trusted advisor, influence and secure support for initiatives that advance positive employee relations
Manage the centralized adjudications of background investigations, sanctions checks, and other onboarding prerequisites and advise other business leaders as a subject matter expert

Bachelor's degree Required
7+ years of experience in relevant work experience Required
Preferred
Master's degree in employee relations, human resources, or similar discipline Preferred
Juris Doctorate (JD) Preferred
