Sales Support Analyst
Factor Bikes is a company built on engineering obsession and racing heritage, seeking a Sales Support Analyst to join their team in Boulder, Colorado. The role involves assisting the sales team with order creation, management, and data analysis, while striving to improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Function as the primary operational support partner to outside sales representatives
Own the end-to-end order entry process and continuously look for ways to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency
Comfortable working across email, NuOrder, NetSuite, and spreadsheets simultaneously
Collaborate closely with sales, fulfillment, and operations teams to ensure orders flow smoothly from entry to shipment
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple incoming requests
Maintain clean and accurate customer and order data across platforms
Assist with basic reporting or audits related to orders, sales activity, or allocations as needed

Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in business, data analytics, STEM, and/or equivalent work experience
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize workload and efficiently process data transfer
Mindfulness and commitment to producing work of a superior quality
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace
Experience with Oracle NetSuite
Prior experience supporting an outside or field-based sales team
Preferred
2+ years of Sales/Business Development experience
Cycling/Outdoor industry experience
Working knowledge of premium bicycle componentry and terminology
