Responsibilities

Responsible for all repair, maintenance, and general operating conditions of all slot machines throughout the various Pahrump casinos
Oversee preventative maintenance and troubleshoot of all gaming machines on casino floor
Account for all paperwork and certifications pertaining to required maintenance, updates and ordering of parts
Move and reinstall slot machines as needed when casino floor plans are revised
Responsible for all floor changes
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with management, staff, co-workers, and guests to assist in resolving customer concerns with problems regarding slot machines
Maintain gaming floor, slot and storage areas clean and organized
Commute to other properties during various driving conditions and traffic patterns, including rush hour
Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position
Provide outstanding guest service promptly to both guests and fellow team members that meet the company’s guest service culture standards
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Technical experience in repairing and ordering parts needed to properly maintain gaming machines
Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents
Ability to successfully work independently
Ability to drive during various conditions and traffic patterns, including rush hour
Proven experience providing a high level of guest service
Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
Verify right to work in the United States
Gaming work card
Valid driver's license
10-year DMV driving record
Frequently push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 100 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and waist levels
Constantly walk, bend, reach, twist, squat, and kneel
Constant standing and walking
Ability to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephone
Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in person
Constant use of hearing and vision, distinguish between shades of color and use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity
Constant move throughout the property
Ability to ascend and descent stairs

Preferred

Previous working knowledge of gaming machines and associated equipment preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
