Qualification
Required
2+ years of progressive and successful experience in a collections role or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (high school diploma or equivalent is required)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to debt collection
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
