Responsibilities

Collaborate with the training coach team to identify early care and education training needs aligned with Child Care Aware of Kentucky’s statewide initiatives
Lead efforts to address required training needs for early care and education staff and credentialed trainers across the state
Develop engaging and effective training content in collaboration with team members and subject matter experts
Assess and determine statewide training needs to ensure compliance and quality standards
