Entry, Mid, Senior LevelRegion Ten CSB is seeking Clinicians for the Mohr Center in Charlottesville. The role involves providing and documenting clinical services, conducting assessments, and offering counseling and rehabilitative services to clients in a residential treatment program.

Responsibilities
Providing and documenting clinical services to clients enrolled in the Mohr Center residential treatment program
Performing assessments
Providing counseling and rehabilitative services through individual and group therapy
Providing supportive advocacy, information and referral assistance to link Mohr Center clients to other services in the community
Assessing resource needs
Developing treatment plans
Coordinating services with other service providers
Serving as a client advocate
Reporting to the Director III
Functioning with initiative and independent judgment
Acting professionally and knowledgeably with both clients and referral agencies
Exercising sound independent decision-making
Performing in accordance with professional ethics and established Region Ten policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a human service field is required
Bachelor's degree, QMHP for Clinician I
Master's degree in license eligible field but not yet license eligible as defined by Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) for Clinician I
Masters in non-license eligible field for Clinician I
PH.D in non-licensure eligible field for Clinician I
Other non-related degrees for Clinician I
Master's degree and license eligible according to the DHP definition for Clinician II
Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, substance abuse, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited college or university for Clinician II
Education verified by an official transcript with conferral date for Clinician II
Evidence of at least 500 hours of experience with persons who have a mental illness for Clinician II
Direct personal supervision by a licensed person under Virginia law for Clinician II
Licensed clinicians as one of the following for Clinician III: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Psychologists
All candidates must have Substance Abuse certification, SACAVA certification, licensure, or another related license within the human services field; OR candidates must be eligible to obtain one of these professional credentials within two years of employment
Certification in CPR, completion of social detoxification training, and medication management training are required
Valid Virginia Driver's License plus an acceptable driving record as issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles are required
